Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />BOCC CDS STUDY SESSION <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 1, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 6 Plat <br />(LPF-21-00005 & LP-20-00004). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Ph. 2 Div. 6 Preliminary Plat was approved on March 16, 2021 through <br />Resolution No. 2021-039. The plat covers approximately 62.08 acres accessed via <br />Swiftwater Drive. <br /> <br /> The applicant submitted the final plat application on April 12, 2021, requesting final <br />mylar approval for the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 6 Plat. A second complete submittal <br />package containing updated information was received on May 14, 2021. This Plat <br />creates 42 detached residential lots with access and open space tracts. The proposed <br />lots range in size from 14,500 to 45,200 square feet. Staff reviewed the final mylar <br />with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary <br />approval documents. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing departments, <br />and all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public <br />Health, and Assessor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Suncadia <br />Ph. 2 Div. 6 Plat (LPF-21-00005 & LP-20-00004). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 6 Plat (LPF-21-00005 & LP-20-00004). <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Kelly Bacon, Staff Planner
