ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 6 Plat
(LPF-21-00005 & LP-20-00004).
BACKGROUND: The Ph. 2 Div. 6 Preliminary Plat was approved on March 16, 2021 through
Resolution No. 2021-039. The plat covers approximately 62.08 acres accessed via
Swiftwater Drive.
The applicant submitted the final plat application on April 12, 2021, requesting final
mylar approval for the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 6 Plat. A second complete submittal
package containing updated information was received on May 14, 2021. This Plat
creates 42 detached residential lots with access and open space tracts. The proposed
lots range in size from 14,500 to 45,200 square feet. Staff reviewed the final mylar
with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary
approval documents. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing departments,
and all signatures have been obtained.
INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public
Health, and Assessor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Suncadia
Ph. 2 Div. 6 Plat (LPF-21-00005 & LP-20-00004).
HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer
signature and recording.
