Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />BOCC CDS STUDY SESSION <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 1, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 1 <br />Plat (LPF-21-00004 and LP-20-00003). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Ph. 2 Div. 1 Preliminary Plat was approved on March 16, 2021 through <br />Resolution No. 2021-038. The plat covers approximately 26.9 acres accessed via <br />Swiftwater Drive. <br /> <br /> The applicant submitted the final plat application on April 2, 2021, requesting final <br />mylar approval for the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 1 Plat. A second complete submittal <br />package containing updated information was received on May 14, 2021. This Plat <br />creates 36 detached residential lots with access tracts, community open space <br />tracts, and service tracts. The proposed lots range in size from 14,000 to 74,400 <br />square feet. Staff reviewed the final mylar with supporting documentation and <br />finds that it is consistent with the preliminary approval documents. The mylar has <br />been reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Public Health, and Assessor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Suncadia <br />Ph. 2 Div. 1 Plat (LPF-21-00004 and LP-20-00003). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 1 Plat (LPF-21-00004 and LP-20-00003). <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jeremy Johnston, Community Development Services Planning Official.
