AGENDA DATE: June 1, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Dr. Phil
Backlund.
BACKGROUND: The proposed PSA is for Dr. Phil Backlund to prepare for
and conduct a 1-day workshop on the Entrepreneur
Operating System and engage the Board on a strategic
planning system using the EOS framework. The cost of the
workshop is $4,500.00.
INTERACTION: Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager confirmed the
amount is in the 2021 budget. The Prosecutors office has
reviewed the proposed PSA.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the PSA with Dr. Phil Backlund as presented and
conduct the workshop on June 2, 2021.
