KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 1, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Dr. Phil <br />Backlund. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The proposed PSA is for Dr. Phil Backlund to prepare for <br />and conduct a 1-day workshop on the Entrepreneur <br />Operating System and engage the Board on a strategic <br />planning system using the EOS framework. The cost of the <br />workshop is $4,500.00. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager confirmed the <br />amount is in the 2021 budget.
