AGENDA DATE: June 1st, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to approve Amendment No.1 to the Professional Service Agreement
between Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce and Kittitas County for 2021.
BACKGROUND: During the regularly scheduled meeting of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) on April 29th and May 20th, 2021 the Committee discussed with the Chamber about increasing
the Micro-grant budget because of the amount of applications for the program this year. On May 20th, 2021, the Committee unanimously voted to approve the proposed amendment and increase
the PSA budget by $10,000 for Micro-grants.
INTERACTION: The LTAC voted unanimously to increase the micro-grant program of the Professional Services Agreement with the Chamber of Commerce by $10,000.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and sign Amendment No.1 to the Professional Service Agreement between Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce and Kittitas County for 2021.
