The Professional Services Agreement (The Agreement) between Kittitas County Chamber of Commerceand Kittitas County, dated December 1, 2020, is hereby amended to updatethe most current
budget as amended by the LTAC Committee on April 29th, and May 20th, 2021(which is attached hereto as Attachment “A” and incorporated herein by this reference):
Increase Micro-Grant Program budget from $11,500 to $21,500.
Increase total Chamber budget by $10,000.00 for a total of $378,095.00.
