5/25/21 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />WEBEX <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />TUESDAY 8:30 A.M. MAY 25, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz, and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others via Webex: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Lisa Young, HR Director; Tristen Lamb, <br />Public Health Administrator, Patti Stacey, Solid Waste/Project <br />Manager/Interim Maint. Director; Stephanie Hartung, Deputy <br />Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 8:30 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting to discuss <br />updated guidance on government operations. <br /> <br />Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney revewed the current <br />guidance they have received for after June 30, 2021. She stated that <br />the virtual requirement is within the OPMA Proclamation so once that <br />has been updated or if this statue is amended, then we will have <br />further guidance on how we offer meetings. She stated we will need <br />to continue to follow L&I, State, and CDC recommendations. <br /> <br />Lisa Young, HR Director stated that she has items for the Board to <br />formally give direction on during her Study Session later in the <br />day. However they can draft a form for employees to attest to for <br />not wearing a mask. <br /> <br />The Board discussed having all plexiglass removed after June 30th at <br />the front counters but if individual desks wanted to keep it up, <br />they could. There was discussion about keeping employees with <br />plexiglass that are not vaccicanted and that they will need to <br />continue to mask and socially distance, if not vaccintated. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 8:55 a.m. <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br />
