MAY 17, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Commissioner Cory <br />Wright; and Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Admin Assistant; Arden Thomas, <br />WRP Manager; Mark Cook, Public Works Director; Neil Caulkins, Deputy <br />Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending May 14, 2021. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT HORTICULTURAL PEST & DISEASE BOARD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor requested the Board <br />consider the reappointment of Urban Eberhart, Douglas Hannon and Ben <br />Kern as well as acknowledge a retroactive appointment for Mr. Kern. <br />She stated that the terms are for two years and will expire June 30, <br />2023. Commissioner Osiadacz moved to reappoint Urban Eberhart, <br />Douglas Hannon and Ben Kern as well as acknowledge a retroactive <br />appointment for Mr. Kern as presented. Commissioner Wright seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT CIVIL SERV. COMMISSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor requested the Board <br />consider the appointment Jim Ritter to the County Civil Service
