5/18/21 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING <br /> TUESDAY 9:00 A.M. MAY 18, 2021 <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz, and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others via Webex: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Lisa Young, HR Director; Tristen Lamb, <br />Public Health Administrator, and 1 member of the public. SPECIAL MEETING HR UPDATES COMMISSIONERS <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting to discuss <br />voluntary vaccination reporting policy. <br /> PROJECT UPDATE- JUVENILE PROBATION <br />Lisa Young, HR Director stated that the Office Administrator job <br />would be posted today. <br /> VOLUNTARY VACCINATION REPORTING POLICY <br />There was some discussion on this topic from the Board. There are <br />still no updates from L&I regarding the updated guidelines from the <br />CDC and the State. Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator stated <br />that asking about vaccination status was not covered under HIPAA and <br />could be allowed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright asked if there was any guidance out yet for <br />businesses. Mrs. Young stated there had not been any released yet. <br />His concern was that customers and employees should be held to the <br />same expectations. <br /> <br />The Board was not ready to make any decisions regarding this matter <br />until more information was available. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:08 a.m. <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> Taylor Crouch Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br />
