PROFESSIONAI, SERVICES AGREEMENT RENEWAL
A Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter, the "Agreement") was made and entered into byand between Kittitas County and 509 Facility Services

thr 14th of Deci,t*"i,zoz0 for a periodof thirty (30) days, with the option to renew upon agreement of the parties.
The Farties do so desire to renew the terms of the Agreement, which is attached hereto andincorporated by reference, for a new thirty (30) day pJ.ioa. The new expiration date for thisAgreement shali be May 14,2021. Aii other terms and conditions of the original Agreementremain unchanged. This Agreement is subject to renewal for additional successlve periids uponthe written consent of the Farties.
