PROVIDED' THE LIABILITY OF THE SURETY upon this bond shall remain in full force, and effect for the full period of the Contract, and renewals thereof issued to the Principal above named, or until 30 days after the receipt by the Obligee, at his last known address, of a written notice signed by such Surety, or its authorized agent, stating the liability of such Surety is thereby terminated and cancelled; and provided further, that nothing herein shall affect any rights of liabilities which shall have accrued under this bond prior to the date of such termination. Notwithstanding any provision in the contract to the contrary, this bond shall be effective on 7nt202t and shall expire on 6/3012022 and may be renewed from year to year by Continuation Certificate atthe option of the Surety but failure of the surety to renew this bond will not constitute a default as defined in the contract or by the bond.
