ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Amendment to the PSA between Yakima Valley Memorial Association and Kittitas County. (Effective dates: July 1, 2020-June 30,
2021)
BACKGROUND:
The amendment to the professional services agreement outlines contractor’s scope of work for the needs of general public, parents, and children or adults diagnosed with developmental
disabilities. The amendment specifically reduces services due to COVID-19.

Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved April 30, 2021
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office:Reviewed and approved May 5, 2021
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Amendment to the PSA between Yakima Valley Memorial Association and Kittitas County. (Effective dates: July 1, 2020-June 30,
2021)
