COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 2:30 P.M. APRIL 28, 2021
Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice-
Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others via Webex: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Mark
Cook, Public Works Director; and Chris Whitsett, Inspector. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 2:31 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection of a
site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price No action anticipated.
At 2:41 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
was no action taken.
At 2:41 p.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the selection
of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase
when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. No action anticipated.
At 2:46 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
Meeting adjourned 2:46 p.m.
