4/28/21 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING <br /> WEDNESDAY 4:30 P.M. APRIL 28, 2021 <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz. Excused: Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others via Webex: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Mark <br />Cook, Public Works Director; and Neil Caulkins, Chief Civil <br />Prosecutor. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />At 4:34 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 15 minutes to consider the selection of a <br />site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when <br />public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of increased price No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 4:49 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. The <br />Board directed the Prosecutor’s Office to draft a Purchase and Sale <br />Agreement and have the County pay the equivalent of what the first <br />half taxes would be for Parcel Number 346534 treating it as the <br />earnest money for the purchase.
