COUNTY OF KITTITAS
STATE OF WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE IN HOURS OPERATION FOR THE
RYEGRASS LANDFILL
RESOLUTION No. 2021-______
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have by Kittitas County Code Section
2.20.010 set the operational hours for County offices; and
WHEREAS, the Ryegrass landfill is currently operating Tuesday through Friday from
8AM until 4PM; and
WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Director has recommended that the operational hours be
changed to Monday through Friday from 8AM until 4PM; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners agrees with the recommendation;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Kittitas County, Washington authorizes the Solid Waste Director to change
the operating hours of the Ryegrass landfill to be Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM.
ADOPTED this day of 2021.
