(Effective date: 04/26/2021 – <br />07/26/2021) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The purpose of this PSA is to employ one or more Community Health Workers, who will be a <br />member of the Kittitas County Incident Management Team (IMT) to provide COVID-19 Vaccine <br />Outreach related to decreasing barriers to accessing COVID-19 vaccination for Kittitas County’s <br />Latinx and Spanish-speaking households. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved April 27, 2021 <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and sign s the professional services agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Kittitas County Health Network.
