ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the professional services agreement
between Kittitas County and Kittitas County Health Network. (Effective date: 04/26/2021 –
07/26/2021)
BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this PSA is to employ one or more Community Health Workers, who will be a
member of the Kittitas County Incident Management Team (IMT) to provide COVID-19 Vaccine
Outreach related to decreasing barriers to accessing COVID-19 vaccination for Kittitas County’s
Latinx and Spanish-speaking households.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved April 27, 2021
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and sign s the professional services agreement
between Kittitas County and Kittitas County Health Network. (Effective date: 04/26/2021 –
07/26/2021)
