AGENDA DATE: May 4, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge an Amendment to an Inter-Agency
Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and Washington Traffic Safety
Commission.
BACKGROUND: The documents being presented are to amend and/or clarify the budget for
funds awarded for the 2021 Traffic Safety High Visibility Enforcement Patrols (reference
Resolution 2020-179). The Target Zero Manager for Region 12 which covers Chelan, Douglas,
Okanogan, and Kittitas Counties has submitted to us how our award has been divided, with the
caveat that funds may be reallocated between agencies if any agency cannot spend their
allotment.
INTERACTION: This interagency agreement was reviewed and approved by the
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge an Amendment to an Inter-Agency
Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and Washington Traffic Safety
Commission.
