KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 4, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Heather Seibert. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County and Heather Seibert for <br />fiscal consulting, consulting on proper procedure contract development and management, <br />financial audit proofing, training & mentoring on professional service agreements, <br />contracts and interlocal agreements, advising on meeting proper local, state, and federal <br />requirements and comply with and complete the CJIS Security Awareness Training. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Heather Seibert. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return one fully executed original to the Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
