AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: May 4, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Heather Seibert.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County and Heather Seibert for
fiscal consulting, consulting on proper procedure contract development and management,
financial audit proofing, training & mentoring on professional service agreements,
contracts and interlocal agreements, advising on meeting proper local, state, and federal
requirements and comply with and complete the CJIS Security Awareness Training.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Heather Seibert.
HANDLING: Return one fully executed original to the Sheriff’s Office.
