<br />TITLE TO THE ROADS WITHIN THE PLAT, SHALL PETITION THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO INCLUDE THE ROADS IN THE
<br />COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM, IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE ROADS SHALL FIRST BE RECONSTRUCTED TO THE THEN APPLICABLE
