AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: May 4, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing for June 1, 2021 at 2:00 pm local
time to consider an Irrigation Franchise with The Ranch on Swank
Creek on Burke and Ranch Road(s).
BACKGROUND: The Ranch on Swank Creek has applied for an irrigation franchise
to improve irrigation delivery in the area. The applicant is
partnering with Kittitas County Conservation District and staff has
reviewed the engineered plans.
After approval a work in the right of way permit will be required
for the proposed work.
The Franchise Application is complete and the appropriate
application fee has been collected.
INTERACTION: Public Works
RECOMMENDATION: Set a public hearing on June 1, 2021 at 2:00 pm local time and
advertise accordingly, to consider an irrigation franchise with The
Ranch on Swank Creek along Burke Road and Ranch Road.
