ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 19 (effected dates 1/1/2018 – 12/31/2021).
BACKGROUND:
The Consolidated Contract is the vehicle used by the Washington State Department of Health to
channel state authorized funding for programs and services to the Kittitas County Public Health
Department. The Amended Consolidated Contract amends the following:
Exhibit A Statements of Work, attached and incorporated by this reference, are amended as
follows:
Adds Statements of Work for the following programs:
• COVID-19 Coordinated Response - Effective July 1, 2020
• Division of Emergency Preparedness & Response COVID-19 - Effective January 20, 2020
• Office of Drinking Water Group A Program - Effective January 1, 2018.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved April 9, 2021
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved April 19, 2021
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 18 (effected dates 1/1/2018 – 12/31/2021).
