APRIL 20, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others via Webex: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, <br />Administrative Supervisor; Mark Cook, Public Works Director; Josh <br />Fredrickson, Engineer; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor and 1 member of <br />the public. PUBLIC HEARING BLUESPAN WIRELESS, LLC PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public Hearing continued from <br />April 6, 2021 to consider a County Wide Telecommunications Franchise <br />with Bluespan Wireless, LLC. He noted the record was open. <br /> MARK COOK, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR explained the history of the request <br />and requested the Board to continue the Public Hearing until May 4, 2021 <br />to allow them to work on the Agreement. <br /> VICE-CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ moved to continue the Public Hearing to consider <br />a County Wide Telecommunications Franchise with Bluespan Wireless, LLC <br />to Tuesday May 4, 2021 2:00 p.m. noting the record is to remain open. COMMISSIONER WRIGHT seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING TIMBER VALLEY ROAD PUBLIC WORKS <br /> At 2:03 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public Hearing to consider a <br />partial Vacation of Rights-Of-Way in Division I of Timber Valley. <br /> MARK COOK, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR reviewed a Staff Report and the <br />application received for a Road Vacation of Platted Right-of-Way within <br />Timber Valley Division 1, Nelson Creek Road, Little Creek Road and <br />Timber Road. He recommended the Board approve the proposed Vacation, as <br />requested by the applicant. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED.
