COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON

SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY 3:00 P.M. APRIL 22, 2021
Board members present via Webex: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz and
Commissioner Cory Wright. Chairman Brett Wachsmith.
Others via Webex: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Neil
Calkins, Chief Civil Deputy; Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 3:01 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement
actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the
governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is
likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
At 3:11 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
was no action taken.
Meeting adjourned 3:11 p.m.
