04/20/2021 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON AGENDA SESSION REGULAR MEETING <br /> TUESDAY 10:00 A.M. APRIL 20, 2021 <br />Board members present via WebEx: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, <br />Administrative Supervisor; Patti Stacey, Solid Waste Director/Interim <br />Maintenance Director/Project Manager; Mark Cook, Public Works Director; <br />Steve Panattoni, Jail Superintendent; Josh Fredrickson, Engineer; Neil <br />Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; Arden Thomas, Water Resource Program <br />Manager; Bridget Pechtel, Long Range Planner; Kari Elkins, JCA <br />Assistant; Toni Berkshire, Code Enforcement Officer and 2 members of the <br />public. <br /> <br />Kittitas County is currently in Phase 3 of the “Healthy Washington – <br />Roadmap to Recovery” and in person participation is allowed however, we <br />are currently unable to meet the regulations required Per Governor <br />Inslee’s Proclamation and the public was encouraged to join the meeting <br />by joining a WebEx event online. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith called the meeting to order. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIENCE <br />Chairman Wachsmith led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES – NONE PROCLAMATIONS PROCLAMATION “SHREE SAINI DAY” COMMISSIONERS <br />Vice-Chairman Osiadacz moved to approve a Proclamation declaring April <br />21, 2021 as “Shree Saini Day” in Kittitas County. Commissioner Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS - NONE <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA
