SELECTING ASPECT CONSULTING, LLC,AND LANDAU ASSOCIATES AS PUBLIC
WORKS ON-CALL TASK ORDER CONSULTANTS FOR UP TO A THREE-YEAR
PERIOD OF SERVICE SUPPORTING THE WATER BANKING PROGRAM AND
AUTHORIZNTHE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR SIGNATURE ON SAID
CONTRACTS
WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works (PW) prepared a solicitation for water bank
consultant support services consistent with state law and county code in February
2021; and
WHEREAS: Solicitation responses concluded with submittals being received on March 5,
2021; and
WHEREAS: Consistent with solicitation advertising an internal review team of PW reviewed
and scored all water bank consultant support services submittals; and
WHEREAS: The consensus of the reviewers selects Aspect Consulting,LLC, and Landau
Associates for professional services contracts for up to a three-year period (two-
year base with possible third year extension if mutually agreed upon); and
NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the
best interest of the public, does hereby select Aspect Consulting,LLC. and Landau Associates
for standard professional services contracts (acceptable to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office)
supporting the water banking program; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Public Works Director is directed to sign said contracts on
behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.
