BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COLINTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2O2I - C) Q f <br />SELECTING ASPECT CONSULTING, LLC,AND LANDAU ASSOCIATES AS PUBLIC <br />WORKS ON-CALL TASK ORDER CONSULTANTS FOR UP TO A THREE-YEAR <br />PERIOD OF SERVICE SUPPORTING THE WATER BANKING PROGRAM AND <br />AUTHORIZNTHE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR SIGNATURE ON SAID <br />CONTRACTS <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works (PW) prepared a solicitation for water bank <br />consultant support services consistent with state law and county code in February <br />2021; and <br />WHEREAS: Solicitation responses concluded with submittals being received on March 5, <br />2021; and <br />WHEREAS: Consistent with solicitation advertising an internal review team of PW reviewed <br />and scored all water bank consultant support services submittals; and <br />WHEREAS: The consensus of the reviewers selects Aspect Consulting,LLC, and Landau <br />Associates for professional services contracts for up to a three-year period (two- <br />year base with possible third year extension if mutually agreed upon); and <br />NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby select Aspect Consulting,LLC. and Landau Associates <br />for standard professional services contracts (acceptable to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office) <br />supporting the water banking program; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Public Works Director is directed to sign said contracts on <br />behalf of the Board of County Commissioners. <br />DATED this 20th day of April2}2l,at Ellensburg, Washington <br />BOARD OF COLINTY COMMISSIONERS..rtt\tllll I ll l//lr7r, <br />..'".\rS u 5 1.1 <br />t' !'.,,)',"",. <br />s-c-.."'
