THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this 16th_ day of March ,2021
PURPOSE: To amend the above referenced professional services agreement dated October 15.2019
between Kittitas Countv, referred as "County," and TIIE IUAIERSHED COMPANY, refened to as
"Consultant."
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that the professional services agreement is amended as follows:
Attachment B. Compensation
The following amendment is to re-allocate sub-phase budgets. No change in overall contract value is
proposed. Total contract value for Phase II remains at $57,000.00.
