AGENDA DATE: April 20, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing to Consider Amendments to Kittitas County
Code Title 18
BACKGROUND: CDS staff is requesting to set a public hearing for May 4, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. to consider
amendments to Kittitas County Code (KCC) Title 18. The proposed amendments
would update the applicability section to provide a date for legal nonconforming
structures and would update the inspection section to allow for inspections for code
compliance or investigation of complaints when conducted in conformity with
constitutional, statutory, and case law.
