AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT This Amendment is made and entered into by and between Kittitas County ("Client"), and Summit Food Service, LLC ("Company") (collectively "the Parties"). WHEREAS, The Parties have entered into a certain Professional Services Agreement (the "Agreement"), effective March 12, 2011 WHEREAS, The Parties have agreed to extend with pricing adjustment the partnership; and WHEREAS, The Parties now desire to amend said Agreement upon the terms and conditions stated herein. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties, intending to be legally bound hereby, mutually agree as follows: 1. Term. This Agreement shall be extended for an additional year beginning January 21, 2021. 2. Price. Company shall charge and Client shall pay: Population Current Price CPI% New Price 200-219 1.470 2.50% 1.507 220-239 1.313 2.50% 1.346 240-259 1.258 2.50% 1.289 260-279 1.199 2.50% 1.229 280-299 1.147 2.50% 1.176 300-319 1.124 2.50% 1.152 320-339 1.099 2.50% 1.126 340-359 1.049 2.50% 1.075 360-379 1.041 2.50% 1.067 380-400 1.034 2.50% 1.060 Company will charge the Client an administrative fee of 1.5% of total meal costs to cover costs associated with food handling and ordering. This Amendment is effective as of January 21, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement (as modified from time to time) shall remain in full force and effect unless otherwise amended as provided in the Agreement.
