AGENDA DATE: April 20, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing to Consider Shoreline Master Program
Amendments
BACKGROUND: CDS staff is requesting to set a public hearing for May 4, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. to consider
periodic review amendments to the Kittitas County Shoreline Master Program
(SMP). The proposed amendments would keep the SMP current with changes in state
law, changes in other county plans and regulations, and changes to local circumstances.
