The purpose of <br />the TAC, as stated in the SCA, Article Vll A. TechnicalAdvisory Committee (TAC): <br />The purpose of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is to odvise EFSEC on the effectiveness of mitigation <br />meosures as they have been implemented.
