04/06/2021 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON AGENDA SESSION REGULAR MEETING <br /> TUESDAY 10:00 A.M. APRIL 6, 2021 <br />Board members present via WebEx: Commissioner Cory Wright. <br />Excused: Chairman Brett Wachsmith and Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, <br />Administrative Supervisor; Mark Cook, Public Works Director; Taylor <br />Crouch, Administrative Assistant; and Jesse Cox, Environmental Health <br />Supervisor. <br /> <br />Kittitas County is currently in Phase 3 of the “Healthy Washington – <br />Roadmap to Recovery” and in person participation is allowed however, we <br />are currently unable to meet the regulations required Per Governor <br />Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28 et seq. the public was encouraged to join <br />the meeting by joining a WebEx event online. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright called the meeting to order.
