Excused: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending April 2, 2021. <br /> <br />LETTER CONGRESSWOMAN SCHRIER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to ratify Vice-Chairman’s signature and <br />authorize the Chair and Commissioner Wright’s signature on a letter <br />to Congresswoman Kim Schrier regarding the support for CWU’s $10.6 <br />million request for construction of a hangar serving the Bachelor of <br />Science Aviation Program at Bowers Field. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION TELECOMMUNICATORS WEEK COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve & authorize Board signature on <br />a Proclamation declaring April 11 – 17, 2021 as National Public <br />Safety Telecommunicators Week in Kittitas County in honor of the men <br />and woman whose diligence and professionalism who keep Kittitas <br />County and its citizens safe. Chairman Wachsmith seconded. Motion <br />carried 2-0. <br />
