AGENDA DATE: April 6, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a call for RFP for the Lease/Redevelopment of
the Bowling Alley/Festival Hall Structure and Property.
BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners in 2015 purchased the Bowling
Alley property as part of the Master plan for the Event Center.
At this time, we would like to issue a request for proposal for
Lease/redevelopment of the Bowling Alley/Festival Hall structure and
properties located on the Kittitas Valley Event Center.
This will assist the county in moving forward with the development of
the property.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed the Request for Proposals.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the request to publish the request for proposals.
HANDLING: Clerk of the Board to publish.
