AGENDA DATE: April 6, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards approval for Chairs Signature on Change Order No. 2
with Rivers Edge Environmental.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County went out to bid for the removal of county owned units
at Shady Brook Mobile home park and Rivers Edge Environmental
was the lowest responsive bidder. Kittitas County has had the
opportunity to purchase additional unit at Shady Brook, so we are
requesting to add the removal of units, 12, 42, 43, and 57, to the
contract at this time. The addition of these unit will require
extending the contract until June 30, 2021 to the contract to allow for
the required rodent abatement removal and restoration of the site..

RECOMMENDATION: Request Boards approvals for Chairs signature on Change Order No.
2.
HANDLING: Return to Solid Waste
