ACTION REQUESTED: Requesting Approval of a Resolution Adopting the 2021 Community
Development Services Fee Schedule for Building & Planning Services
BACKGROUND: On March 16, 2021, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners conducted a
public hearing to consider the proposed Community Development Services
(CDS) fee schedule for 2021. At the hearing, the Board approved the proposed
fees for building and planning services. The attached resolution would adopt the
approved fees.
INTERACTION: Community Development Services and Board of County Commissioners.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the attached resolution.
