KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: April 6, 2021 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution for Occupational Medicine <br />Services Agreement between KVH Workplace Health Medicine and Kittitas County <br />Sheriff's Office. <br />BACKGROUND: This agreement is between KVH Workplace Health Medicine and <br />Kittitas County Sheriff's Office for pre-employment medical screening for employment <br />with the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office. <br />INTERACTION: Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved this agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution for Occupational Medicine <br />Services Agreement between KVH Workplace Health Medicine and Kittitas County <br />Sheriff's Office. <br />HANDLING: Please return original agreements to the Sheriff's Office for obtaining <br />signatures from KVH.
