AGENDA DATE: April 6, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution for Occupational Medicine
Services Agreement between KVH Workplace Health Medicine and Kittitas County
Sheriff's Office.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between KVH Workplace Health Medicine and
Kittitas County Sheriff's Office for pre-employment medical screening for employment
with the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office.
INTERACTION: Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved this agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution for Occupational Medicine
Services Agreement between KVH Workplace Health Medicine and Kittitas County
Sheriff's Office.
HANDLING: Please return original agreements to the Sheriff's Office for obtaining
signatures from KVH. Sheriff's Office to return one fully executed agreement to BOCC.
