RESOLUTION NO. 2021-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN KVH WORKPLACE HEALTH MEDICINE AND KITTITAS COUNTY
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, Kittitas County Sheriffs Office desires to obtain occupational medical
services that are reasonable and necessary for certain employees; and
WHEREAS, KVH Occupational Medicine, also known as KVH Workplace Health
has the ability to conduct appropriate pre-employment and other examinations; and
WHEREAS, the two parties have come to an agreement for such services and the
costs thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners of Kittitas County, Washington authorizes the Kittitas County Sheriffs
Office to enter into such agreement with KVH Workplace Health Medicine.
