2021 AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: April 6, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to schedule a Public Hearing for April 20, 2021 at
2:00 pm local time to consider a Road Vacation request by
Josh Benson for vacating public right of way within the
Timber Valley Plat.
BACKGROUND: Public Works has a road vacation request vacating public
rights of way within "Timber Valley" plat. A public
hearing is required by County code considering the merits
of the vacation request. At the public hearing, the County
Engineer will provide the Board an Engineer's Report
addressing the vacation request pursuant to County Code
and State law.
INTERACTION: Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION: Schedule a public hearing for April 20, 2021 at 2:00 pm
local time to consider the vacation request vacating various
rights of way within "Timber Valley" plat.
HANDLING: Return one Notice of Public Hearing to Public Works.
ATTACHMENTS: None.
