Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br />Agenda Staff Report <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />April 6th, 2021 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank for In-Home Services. (Effective date: <br />3/25/2021 – End Date: 4/25/2021) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The PSA between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank to provide grocery and/or <br />prepared meal delivery to individuals under isolation or quarantine order at their place of <br />residence, for a total of two weeks per household, unless extended by order of the Emergency <br />Operations Center (EOC) or Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD). <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 03/09/2021 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 03/10/2021 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank for In-Home Services.
