SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 1:00 PM October 17, 2018
Board members present: Commissioner Chairman Laura Osiadacz,
Commissioner Obie O’Brien and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager.
SPECIAL MEETING 2019 PRELIMINARY BUDGET COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner Osiadacz called the special meeting at 1:00 pm to
meet with Judy Pless to discuss the 2019 Preliminary Budgets.
Pless presented the 2019 Preliminary Budget Guidelines which
departments are to use in preparing their budget. Also,
presented was the 2019 General Fund preliminary revenues, which
the Board analyzed, and adjustments were made. The Board
indicated the 1% property tax increase should be included in
the budget.
Meeting adjourned at 3:30 pm.
