FINANCE STUDY SESSION MINUTES

Special Meeting
WEDNESDAY 9:00 AM December 18, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith, and
Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Jerry Pettit, County Auditor; Amy Cziske, County Treasurer; Heather Seibert, Deputy
Treasurer and Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager.
Commissioner Wright called the special meeting to order at 9:00 am for the monthly finance
meeting.
BUDGET REPORTS
Judy Pless presented to the Board the reports for November 2019 expenditures and revenues with
online reports from OpenGov. Included in the 2019 budget was a $1 million line item from fund
balance to transfer to the New Courthouse fund. Board agreed was to not transfer the funds.
Also presented was a report for expenses paid from the Facility Maintenance budget for the
Event Center. The Board approved the transactions for total expenses be moved along with the
budget to the Event Center.
TREASURER REPORTS
Heather Seibert presented the Treasurer investment and foreclosure reports.
