RE: Change Order #2
This Change Order No. 2 is for adding the removal of Units 13, 42, 43, 57 to the demolition
contract.
This change order will extend contract to June 30, 2021 allow for the required rodent
abatement, trailer removal and restoration. All other terms and conditions remain the same
other than as necessary to implement this change.
Original Contract and Change #1 $71,632.06
Removal of trailer Change Order #2 $60,028.56
New Contract amount $131,660.56
Total cost does not include sales tax.
