ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs Amendment 1 to the PSA between
Entrust and Kittitas County. (Effective dates: July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021)
BACKGROUND:
The PSA is to establish subcontracted employment and day services for people with
developmental disabilities in Kittitas County per the county’s responsibilities as outlined in
attachments.
-Amendment 1 amends the payment rate schedule in Attachment E
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 3/11/2021
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs Amendment 1 to the PSA between
Entrust and Kittitas County. (Effective dates: July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021)
