<br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR <br />PHASE II CRITICAL AREAS ORDINANCE (CAO) REVIEW AND DRAFT UPDATE <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this _16th_ day of __March___, 2021. <br /> <br />PURPOSE: To amend the above referenced professional services agreement dated October 15, 2019 <br />between Kittitas County, referred as “County,” and THE WATERSHED COMPANY, referred to as <br />“Consultant.” <br /> <br />IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that the professional services agreement is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Attachment B, Compensation <br />The following amendment is to re-allocate sub-phase budgets. No change in overall contract value is <br />proposed.
