AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR
PHASE II CRITICAL AREAS ORDINANCE (CAO) REVIEW AND DRAFT UPDATE
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this _16th_ day of __March___, 2021.
PURPOSE: To amend the above referenced professional services agreement dated October 15, 2019
between Kittitas County, referred as “County,” and THE WATERSHED COMPANY, referred to as
“Consultant.”
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that the professional services agreement is amended as follows:
Attachment B, Compensation
The following amendment is to re-allocate sub-phase budgets. No change in overall contract value is
proposed. Total contract value for Phase II remains at $57,000.00.

Except as expressly provided by this amendment, all other terms and conditions of the original
