AGENDA DATE: March 16, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Award Bid for Purchase of a
Tent Structures for the Kittitas Valley Event Center
BACKGROUND: A Call for Bids for Bid Number: KVEC2021-01 was approved on
February 16, 2021 and sealed bids were received and opened on March
1, 2021 by the Kittitas Valley Event Center Director. It is recommended
we award the bid for tent structures to ESAPCO (dba FarmTek), in
the total amount, including tax and delivery, of $30,556.67.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution
