MARCH 2, 2021 <br />Board members present via WebEx: Chairman Brett Wachsmith and <br />Commissioner Cory Wright. Excused: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, <br />Administrative Supervisor; Mark Cook, Public Works Director; Chelsey <br />Loeffers, Health Promotions Supervisor; Darren Higashiyama, Chief <br />Deputy; Dan Carlson, CDS Director; Mike Flory, Building Official; Patti <br />Stacey, Solid Waste Director/Interim Maintenance Director/Project <br />Manager; Ben Kokjer, Chief Deputy; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager; <br />Sadie Thayer, and 7 members of the public. <br /> <br />Kittitas County is currently in Phase 2 of the “Healthy Washington – <br />Roadmap to Recovery” and in person participation is allowed however, we <br />are currently unable to meet the regulations required Per Governor <br />Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28 et seq. they public was encouraged to join <br />the meeting by joining a WebEx event online. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith called the meeting to order. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIENCE <br />Chairman Wachsmith led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES – NONE PROCLAMATIONS – NONE AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS - NONE <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve the Agenda, as presented. Chairman <br />Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 2-0. CONSENT AGENDA <br />The Agenda Study Session had been cancelled for Monday March 1, 2021, <br />and therefore the Board would be reviewing all items individually prior
