Kittitas County hereby seeks Requests for Qualifications from providers interested and capable of delivering Employment
and Day Program Services to individuals with developmental disabilities consistent with the requirements and criteria
contained herein. APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN FOR CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT. Response(s) shall be sealed
and clearly marked with the following title: Response to Kittitas County RFQ for the Provision of Services for People
with Developmental Disabilities Responses may be submitted via postal service, e-mail, or fax to:
