SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 1:30 PM November 27, 2018
Board members present: Commissioner Chairman Laura Osiadacz,
Commissioner Obie O’Brien and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others Lisa Young, Human Resource Director-Interim Event Center
Director, Heather Harrell, Fair Board member, Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste & Facilities Maintenance Director, Tim Egan,
Assistant Director and Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager.
SPECIAL MEETING 2019 PRELIMINARY BUDGET COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner Osiadacz called the special meeting at 1:30 pm to
meet with Departments to present their 2019 Preliminary
Budgets.
Departments presenting were
Lisa Young, Event Center
Patti Johnson, Facilities Maintenance
Patti Johnson, Major Projects
Judy Pless and the Board had discussion regarding the budget.
The Board discussed the General Fund Rainy Day fund.
The Board discussed each budget with the departments and
provided direction on any changes, if appropriate.
Meeting adjourned at 4:00 pm.
