WEDNESDAY 1:30 PM November 7, 2018
Board members present: Commissioner Chairman Laura Osiadacz,
Commissioner Obie O’Brien and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mike Stafford, Juvenile Director, Kari Elkins, Juvenile
Office Assistant, Nick Henderson, Coroner, Kay Kresge, Fiscal
Analyst, Lisa Young, Human Resources Director, Brett Wachsmith,
Treasurer and Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager.
SPECIAL MEETING 2019 PRELIMINARY BUDGET COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner Osiadacz called the special meeting at 1:30 pm to
meet with Departments to present their 2019 Preliminary
Budgets.
The following Department presented their budgets:
Mike Stafford, Juvenile budget
Nick Henderson, Coroner budget
Lisa Young, Human Resources budget
Judy Pless presented budget information for general discussion.
The Board discussed each budget with the departments and
provided direction on any changes, if appropriate.
Meeting adjourned at 3:30 pm.
