SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 8:00 AM October 30, 2018
Board members present: Commissioner Chairman Laura Osiadacz,
Commissioner Obie O’Brien and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Scott Spark, Superior Court Judge, Darrel Ellis, Upper
District Court Judge, Jim Hurson, Lower District Court Judge,
Sarah Keith, Superior Court Administrator, Diana Mackenzie,
Upper District Court Administrator, Barb Demory, Lower District
Court Administrator, Val Barschaw, County Clerk, Pat Gigstead,
Misdemeanant Probation Director and Judy Pless, Budget and
Finance Manager.
SPECIAL MEETING 2019 PRELIMINARY BUDGET COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner Osiadacz called the special meeting at 8:00 am to
meet with Departments to present their 2019 Preliminary
Budgets.
The following Department presented their budgets:
Judge Scott Sparks, Superior Court Judge budget
Judge Darrel Ellis, Upper District Court budget
Judge Jim Hurson, Lower District Court budget
Pat Gigstead, Misdemeanant Probation budget
Val Barschaw, County Clerk budget
The Board discussed each budget with the departments and
provided direction on any changes, if appropriate.
Meeting adjourned at 10:54 am.
