ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 18 (effected dates 1/1/2018 – 12/31/2021).
BACKGROUND:
The Consolidated Contract is the vehicle used by the Washington State Department of Health to
channel state authorized funding for programs and services to the Kittitas County Public Health
Department. The Amended Consolidated Contract amends the following:
Exhibit A Statements of Work, attached and incorporated by this reference, are amended as
follows: Adds Statements of Work for the following programs:
• Climate & Health Wildfire Smoke Indoor Air Quality Pilot Study - Effective September
1, 2020
• COVID-19 Coordinated Response - Effective July 1, 2020
• Division of Emergency Preparedness & Response COVID-19 - Effective January 20,
2020
• ELC COVID-19 - Effective June 1, 2020
• Emergency Preparedness & Response COVID-19 Local CARES - Effective March 1,
2020
• Foundational Public Health Services (FPHS) - Effective July 1, 2019
Exhibit B-18 Allocations, attached and incorporated by this reference, amends and replaces
Exhibit B-17 Allocations as follows: Increase of $125,582 for a revised maximum consideration
of $2,434,985.

RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 18 (effected dates 1/1/2018 – 12/31/2021).
